Chairman
Engr. (Dr.) Okechukwu John (OJ) Mbonu is a board-level governance and engineering leader with over four decades of stewardship across manufacturing, human capital, supply and value chain, and business advisory services.
He holds First Class B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK. He began his career at Nigerian Breweries Plc (Heineken) in 1982, rising to Group Engineering Manager in 1990 - the first Nigerian to hold that position - and later served as Human Resources and Customer Service Director on its Board.
He subsequently served as Managing Director/CEO of Sierra Leone Brewery Ltd (Heineken), Director at PwC Nigeria, and founding Partner at Execution Edge Ltd. Nigeria. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Aluminum Plc, Lagos, and Chairman of Nexus Alliance Limited, Nigeria.
Engr. (Dr.) Mbonu is a COREN registered Engineer, Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FNIMechE) and Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Engineers (FAEng).
Managing Director
Hussaini Y. Yakubu is Managing Director of Linkifin, leading our commercial strategy, platform adoption and funder partnerships to scale supply chain finance across Africa. A seasoned business development and digital transformation strategist with over 25 years across multinational technology, fintech and public-sector infrastructure, he has held senior roles at Hewlett Packard, Samsung Electronics West Africa, Qazique and Mayakorp. He has built and scaled businesses and driven revenue growth across Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon. At Linkifin, he leads buyer, supplier and funder onboarding and delivers working capital efficiency through our Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance and Invoice Discounting solutions.

Marcel Ihemebiri, FCA, is Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial stewardship, capital management and risk governance for Linkifin's supply chain finance operations. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with B.Sc., MBA and ongoing Ph.D. at SMC University, Switzerland, he brings deep expertise in corporate finance and business transformation from his tenure as senior executive at Nigerian Breweries Plc (Heineken N.V.).
